PAPER SUBMISSION

SUBMISSION OF CAMERA-READY PAPERS

Please submit your camera-ready paper in PDF format via EDAS:

To submit your manuscript:

  • Log in to EDAS.
  • Locate your accepted paper in the "Pending, Active and Accepted Papers" section of your homepage and click on "upload paper."
  • Alternatively, click on the tab "My papers" in the EDAS's top menu, locate your accepted paper, and click on "upload paper."
  • Once you are in the "upload manuscript" page, search for the PDF file of your camera-ready paper using the browse button and upload it.

Please notice the following publication policy:

"In order for a paper to be included in the conference proceedings, at least one of its authors should be registered at the author registration fee by the deadline for camera-ready papers (March 7, 2011). An author of several papers can register up to three papers at a reduced fee by covering the additional paper registration fee for each additional paper."

IMPORTANT: The maximum number of pages for camera-ready papers is 11. However, papers of up to 14 pages will be included in the conference proceedings if the corresponding overlength charge is covered:
- 250 MXN charge for 1 extra page.
- 500 MXN charge for 2 and 3 extra pages.

PAPERS EXCEEDING 14 PAGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!
